if you click the blue button that says "Level Up x1" it will change the level up quantity mode. So you can level up x10, x100, to next milestone, level up to the max.
For those struggling, here is my ship, danger 50 can be passed without problem :
1 raw 4 homemade gun, 4 protoshield, 1 alien
2 raw 2 shields, 3 aliens, 2 bombs, 2 rockets
3 raw 4 lasers, 3 rockets, 2 shields
4 raw 6 lasers 1 rocket, pickers
5 raw, fuel, 2 calls, pickers, cockpit
