Once I hit somewhere around level 205, the levelup screen won't stop popping up. My bar just fills right up (gradually more slowly) and I can't move or do anything while it does. Now I can't get a title for my 22.5m pearls D:
Beat 12x12 Nightmare. The single most important thing is to just grab as many people as you physically can. Forget food, forget happiness, grab a school, a hospital, a lab, and then send out masses of soldiers to every red square adjacent to you. Take the fight to them and they won't attack your fort.
You just found out that Bill is attractive!
Wait, that took me two years to figure out? And why does he still only fulfill three out of four of my attractiveness criteria?
Excellent game, it's still not boring after half a dozen wins. A couple thoughts: 1, being able to recall adventurers individually would be pretty cool, as long as we're headed in the more micromanage-y direction with the gold change. 2, it would be really nice if getting a chest didn't replace an item you already have until your shop is completely full. Also, maybe make it so that a higher-level item can't be replaced with a lower-level one? Getting a blue replaced with a white really sucks.
Fifth shot: If you really can't figure this last shot out, just click where the leftmost zombie's feet were before you headshotted him. The boulder will roll to the left, grabbing the brain for you and smashing the two rightmost zombies.
Voila! Three stars on level 42.
THREE STARS ON LEVEL 42 CONTINUED:
Fourth shot: Move your cursor directly down so that the pinprick reference star is about at the level of the bottom of your cursor's "tail." This is just slightly above the shot that knocked the topmost zombie down. Shoot to set off the punching machine.
HOW TO GET THREE STARS ON LEVEL 42:
First shot: Put the left edge of your mouse a few pixels above the top-right-most star that is still left of the barrier - right above the leftmost zombie's back. This should collect the bouncy shot and headshot the leftmost zombie at the same time.
Second shot: This star is hard to describe, but it's important. Its height is right about the top of the bouncy shot bonus, and its horizontal placement is halfway between the brain and the leftmost super-bright star. The star you want is a tiny pinprick. It's in the middle of a sort of pentagon formed by brighter stars. Anyways, nestle this star in the "crook" of your cursor, where the left side meets the "tail." If you do this right, it will knock the topmost zombie down.
Third shot: Move your cursor directly up until the point rests on the star above your previous reference. Shoot to knock the bottom zombie off its perch.
Heads up, you can't upgrade between chapters 5 and 6. I farmed myself enough exp to max everything, but I had to fight the end boss with nothing but attack upgraded...
