I like some of the first one's systems, but research has possibilities... What I don't like is how you HAVE to spam arrows until your super army arrives. On the first one, I didn't upgrade arrows at all until the final few levels. If the author can reconcile the two systems and find a way to avoid super waves, Epic War 3 could be incredible.
The best exp grnding I've found is at level 6, turn on auto fire, then spam dwarves until you've got 7, then spam hobbits. Gets you 6k exp in about 2.5 mins.
Hrm I'll modify that a bit, just straight up spam dwarves as soon as you can, also send some hobbits to soak up archer fire (Which they have massive resist to), especially once your dwarves start attacking, as they're much faster and you don't have enough time for more than a dozen or so dwarves to reach the castle.
I've found that level 6 is excellent for exp grinding, just turn on autofire and pick off the first wave, and just spam dwarves after your mana hits 100 or so. It's possible to get 6k exp in 2 minutes there.
5-1 without dying is pretty easy- you just jump out far enough to nab the key and land back where you jumped. It's possible, I pulled it off my second try. 3-2 is a bugger, though...
Very easy to exploit. Use the ninja girl, conquer a town that has a fairly high-hp unit, hire only them, max out her auras, and pump spirit. Then just turn on all 3 auras at once, one will heal the last remaining unit so it will not die. The auras will make the other army destroy themselves. Shurikens can expidate the process. Do this on the East Empire capital and it's GG.
Hahaha got sniper achievement on my second-to-last shot xD
Great game, gotta be the winner of the "Best first flash game of all time" award.
Also, Barret > All. Night before I got it, everyone was dead right in front of the barricade. Night after, there were 4.
Heh, top score 2731. What you do is purposely cut off his limbs (I suggest arms first, they're harder to get away with[lie down so it extends just past your head and lop 'em]), then stay mostly in the center and try not to flip around. If you get into a tight space, stand up/jump and try not to spin.
