Shoot the blue barricade to break it. You will need to land your commandos if they're still flying. To do this, double click on them and click whatever the land symbol is. Then you should be able to attack the barricades.

Holy Tears is ridiculously hard. And for anyone stuck on A Gentle Push, after you get all the fruit, start spewing as soon as you jump.
