Came back to Legend of the Void as I forgot about it before the 2nd chapter came out. Finally finished chapter 2 to find out the squeal is a online pvp game. What happened to the single player story games......all about that micro transaction money. Before you say it yes I've played it a bit it's not Legend of the Void's sequel its a spin off game not worth the time if you only cared about the story instead of money.
I your wondering the combo. High Voltage --> High Voltage --> Shock Coma --> Shock Coma --> High Voltage --> Retrograde. You must also have Overdrive passive effect for it to deal the 120% hp. Without it you only deal 80~90% and then they heal to half hp. Also Shock Coma must be maxed as upgrades increase amount of turns. As well as Retrogade maxed so you can use it on enemies.
Also Free Will and Ultimatum maybe good for 3v1s and 3v2s with 3v3s unless you have the lowest vitality on the team by a good amount it's best to get Salvation and let the other guy heal. While you may have a 1,000 damage shield the medic can get upwards of 11,000 hp heals while only needing to buff him once every 16 turns, also saves on a slot you will need for other things. Also I ever once respeced, minus the secret reset for extra points after first battle, from Zone 1 to Zone 7. You should keep tank gear and damage gear and swap them as needed. The money you have is limited don't waste it on respec when armor can do it for you.
I would agree with psycho. Was mostly easy couple of early levels kick your ass, same with Bio. Once you reach level 16 at minimum, better to also have Es over the start skill for focus recovery, there is a 120% hp combo. I found this out 3 battles before the end and starting kicking myself for nothing looking sooner. Turn a slog battle into 6 turns, assuming the 3 attacks hit. Would of made some of the Zone 5 battles easier.
Also on that note the game only loads when your browser is looking at the game window. Switching tabs loads the game very slowly as to stop people from putting too much pressure on the servers.
For anyone with long loading times. Due to the increased traffic on the internet games are loading slower. Nothing on the back end of development can help with your loading times when the internet currently is overflowing past normal limits.
I see now the layers of the story are far more complex then what you've shown. From the first game to this one you've masterfully given us answers yet leave of with many more unanswered. This is what a true story is meant to be never giving you the full picture but small pieces and even larger holes. I'm happy that I didn't miss out on this roller coaster of a story. Thank you for sharing you talents with us.
Decent game bit on the short side.
First issue is once you have max armor and full attack level with boss potion I face tanked all 3 in a single run. Wasn't very hard only took me about 20~30mins to beat the whole game.
Second issue most of the equipment is useless might as well save up for the best, better if it required the previous weapon/armor to upgrade.
Third issue is the fact of money there really isn't a need for it past about 800 if spent right making it boring to grind for more. All of the areas can just be bypassed to the bosses and by that time you already don't need the money they give.
Fourth I would say lower the hp of the starting slimes as it takes near full level of attack to 2 shot them. By the time I reach full levels in attack I would expect to 1 shot them not 2 shot. I understand the javelin can but it should have it's own damage increasing skill not tied to just pure attack as it's a ranged weapon it should be a different leveling.
Good idea for a game. Terrible execution on the last half. Hit floor 7 no shop till after you finish both floor 7 and 8 is ridiculous. Immortal enemies no problem. Immortal enemies plus a permanent damage on a tile with rng movement not so much. Either one or the other seeing as you choose to nerf splash attack as 7 and 8 are stupidly hard with both having tons of blight and an immortal hit everything but 3 tiles is pretty bs. Seems you purposely made it RNG heavy to make it "harder" instead of finding other ways to increase difficulty. 3/5 Good game if the dev didn't make difficulty purely RNG with blight random upgrades and nerfing the only way to deal with groups of enemies instead of just making the upgrade more rare or capping it at 1~3 units per run. Hat to see such a good idea ruined by simple RNG difficulty.
Decent game. Things that were aggravating the last 3 levels. At the end of level 8 with the disappearing platform at the end was annoying I don't even know if I did correctly the way I did do it was the only way in which I found so kinda meh level design. Level 9 every other jump you put in you can wall jump back and forth without worrying this one you had to push directions... Just make all of them the same... Very infuriating to force you to change the way you do it normally. Level 10 the light wall elevator your suppose to wall jump back and forth on can be cheesed by just landing on the top of it. Not sure if you noticed this but it made it hundred times easier.
Good game overall the only problem I have with the game is the speed at which you move when, not sure how else to say it, undrawn. Trying to land on boxes with enough speed to make it but not too much to slide straight off. It's quite weird how slow you start and suddenly have mach speed makes it hard to judge precise jumps.
Level 25 0 indication on if I have any of them in the right position. The hints don't really help much seeing as all you have to go by is randomly flicking switches to hope your right.
Good game I just wish there was a way to figure out what a botanical garden was and how to increase nature happiness. Nothing in the game showed me what they were or how to even get them. Unless is a free play only building which doesn't seem to make much sense. Other then that it was very simple to understand how to make most of everything you
It's a good puzzle game just wish the way to do the last few kittens were a bit more explained. Without giving spoilers the way to make more of steve doesn't come out as this is how you do it till someone points it out. 4/5 for me.
Good game the only problem I really have with it is the final boss.... The way it was done just sucks you have to pause abuse to keep up with the stupidly fast attacks. Instead just make the game play slower for the boss so we atleast have a chance to do it without abusing the pause button.
For people wondering about the whole not realizing Dregg is a guy thing. There's women who do sound like men and men who sound like women not every man has a deep voice and not every women has a high pitched voice. It is possible to mistake someone for another gender when looks and expectations don't add up to the correct gender especially when you don't know them, also when it was suppose to be a women undercover you could assume this.
Anyone stuck on the replicating boss you need to unlock the freeze ability and the second life ability it's the only way to stop them long enough to finish both of them. Still requires timing and luck but a few trys and I got it.
thanks, will pass this along to the team for qa feedback!
