For those of you that run into the problem of not being able to lower the start vendors option it is because it can not be lower than your auto build level of the item minus 1. (ie if the auto-build level is 30 your start vendors can not be lower than 29.)
the Expansion upgrade raises the max demand by 1 not 5
i don't have fries but they started at 200/200 now its 201/205
Oh by the way it is a great game a lot faster then before.
