Developer response from Codename_Enter You may not be able to get it on your first few play throughs, but once you have Idols under your belt, you can have enough gold to get it. And you don't have to buy all the upgrades in order. They unlock once you reach the level associated with them, if you haven't bought the past ones. edit \| delete
