manual install and up to date but it still crashes. what causes this?

I have a problem my unity player dosen't even load at the start it just crashes.
Try grabbing the latest copy of the webplayer from unity and do a manual install, their auto-update with the beta stuff is spotty at best! Sorry for the problem!

the game is awesome but collect ALOT of things got me sometimes off but in general fantastic game
