the start of the game should be a little faster to get people into the game, after people start to get more planets they will have more to do, but at first their isnt as much to do
I think the offline boost gain should be around 10 minutes for 3-6 hours offline
Prestige gain is too fast at first but by tier 3 it starts to get a little too slow.
It depends where you dismantle them. If you dismantle in the shipyard (during assembling) you receive 100%, if you dismantle after commiting them (leaving the shipyard and founding them orbiting the planet) you will only get 50%
