Wait... So the "hidden" treasure is a big open chest someone left on their new boat? Your not hunting a lost treasure, you are stealing everything someone owns. What the?!?
"Find the bag lost" should be "find the lost bag". You have a lot of similar mistakes in the few dialogue bubbles. Overall I think you have a very creative game but you need to put a lot more work into it before release.
Make the city rooms different. Give some background on the king. The quests are completely random in nature and location. You can use the rag figures but make them look like they belong, not just the best premade "person" you found.
I am in Heaven for the quest "collect 31 scepters". My character cannot move when "walking to a treasure chest". I can suicide to get out but every time I go to Heaven I have the same problem. Movement works for a while and then stops.
I like the game but I have a couple comments:
-If I die I should be able to trade out my cards before playing again. If my set is bad I shouldn't be stuck with it.
-Cards randomly disappear which really messes up my hand.
-The storyline could really use some rewrites. It's pretty random and disjointed as is.
I really like the concept. Keep it up!
scast and marf are correct. The game is only a series of buttons that are created without involvement of the player. There isn't even a penalty (death) for not clicking in a certain time frame at encounters. The game needs to include in either player involvement in solving the "mystery" or the player figuring out how to banish/vanquish/escape the ghosts. You can do this through story-line and dialog choices as easily as item finding/combining. Marf is right about the snake king as well. I need to know who he is and where he comes from. Randomly having him appear and end the game feels like you ran out of ideas and just stopped trying to create a proper ending.
I like the game but I have two comments:
1) My health and DXP will do cray things - flash on and off, change color/place - and it makes it really hard to know how I'm doing on the level. (I am using Chrome)
2) The ending is not built well. There needs to be a pronounced ending screen instead of just dumping you back out to replay the last level. I wasn't paying attention the first time and ended up playing the last level again because I thought the comments immediately led to another bigger boss.
