also i found a strat on how to get 4/4 rating every time. when you have the item in stock sell it for 2 gold higher than base price, when you dont have the item 3 higher. works like a charm

the hero that doesnt say a single S or H is pretty annoying to find, so ill give a tip. he says the word friend
