trick to beating the blue dragon: Load up on HP restoring food, and DONT USE CARDS. Each time you use a card, he will shower the field with negative tokens. If you don't use cards, he will hit you for 89 a turn, but your food can heal way more than that to counteract his hits.
I echo the frustration of people here. I think there are 10 antidotes per level and they are kind of like the pickups. Once you get them, you have found them for that level, so in the first three levels, there are only 30 antidotes to be found. Of course, I can't get past the third level.
What I missed is that the four digit code thing can (and needs to) take multiple codes, the first of these is on the couch, the second is 5151 (the shapes made by the pipes puzzle when solved)
simplest clues: The key on top of the map opens the painting with the keyhole on the side. One of the chest's three symbols can be seen to the top right once zoomed into the three photos. Pepper the octopus then tickle his nose with a feather for another symbol.
To use the chrono thing, read the janitor's notes for dates and locations, and then get the location coordinates from the office chart on the wall. There are three places you need to go, , The sphere statue, the cafeteria and the park. You will find one thing in each of those places.
A couple of things that I missed first time around: (spoiler warnings)
1. Even though you can put the root in the potion, it does nothing. 2. The notes have a second page. 3. There is a dark floorboard in one of the screens that you can click to open. 4. The window has a one or two pixel area in the center where there is a latch that you need to click to "lock" the window. 5. There is a chain hanging from the eaves (the tip of the roof) of the house outside, you need to chain and rope yourself.
