I've noticed area of effect attacks don't deliver killing blows to enemies, so I'd have to finish them off even when they have 0 health.
Also, I don't know if this is another bug, but quest items stay in the inventory after quest completion.
On my first game with a Rogue, I'd say this is a pretty good game :)
What the hell? I start as a rogue and in the first fight I changed the fight speed repeatedly. Now I'm stuck in a loop where we both have 0 hp.
5/5, Game of The Year
Tower and Spell Hotkeys PLEASE.
It's damned frustrating how I try to meteor a LAST-WAVE Champion Ninja and have to keep going back and forth to the button. There goes the Brilliant rating.
I'm sure a lot of other people feel the same way.
Raygun on a noble, a rocket launcher militia, rapid bowgun hunter with bow master and any class with a rapid fire weapon other than a mach pistol or rapid bowgun does wonders (at least on casual). Still can't let your main run on autopilot on later levels, but it works.
This game is so much fun. The difficulty is insane, but it makes me want to play it more to figure out how to get through to the next day (and for the rocket launcher, I have to admit). But it is the same thing about this game that makes me want to smash the developer's (your) face in. Even on so-called "casual" mode, the waves are frustrating to deal with without using the henchman, and even then it just takes away money needed to upgrade your actual party. Fix the economy, please, so people have more options and less time having a negative gold bank, at least in casual mode. Otherwise, this game is kick ass, and I hope there are some named weapons I can give to my character...
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!
That was my reaction when I got to the 4th game and messed up the balancing. Great game. 82 first try.
Fun, but there is a bug.
After you do a level and die and then go to try the tutorial, you are unable to shoot the example squares. Just something I saw...
Gets really easy after the 15th or 16th level, besides the final one.
