I noticed that if you click "Details" on a character while in battle, it shows that skills are available. I haven't tried it yet, but it looks like you can add skills DURING a battle. Anyone know for sure?
Fun with the AXE-ception of level 30. You beat the Giant Axe guy only to find out there's more on the way. Grind @ 1 or 2k a round to try & level up. Tedium to the mAXE.
One suggestion. It would be nice to have an "un-do" option. Sometimes the ball (eyes) switch with the wrong one if I'm not extra careful with the mouse. It'd be nice to be able to fix that honest mistake.
Really enjoyed the game. Different than the usual match-3 games in that you had more flexibility to line up a large group of the same color-mainly early in the game before all those annoying grey-x balls come out. :p Having the bomb option helped. I noticed you got a big score if you managed to group the bombs together. 4/5
Enjoying the game! But I can't turn JUST the music off. Clicking the music note icon doesn't work. Clicking the sound icon turns all sound off. I like to play with just sound effects. Repetitive music gets tiresome in games.
Great graphics. That is the only thing I like about this game. When a game is more frustration than fun, it is NOT a good game. Upgrades take ALL the jellies leaving them with one or two & therefore vulnerable to attack--which will immediately happen. Really difficult to win. Have make it 1/2 through hard and now I quit. 2/5. Lots of credit for the graphics, but other than that, not much to like.
If you are PATIENT you can lob fireballs at the ancient god's SARCOPHAGUS from a few squares away WITHOUT any response at all. It takes forever for MP to reload because it takes oodles of fireballs to open. Once it is open, then she goes mobile & starts firing back. Use all the potions you find surrounding her chamber & use all resurrection tokens. You can hide (sometimes) in one of the chambers & refuel HP & MP.
~sigh~ Made it thru 16. Saved & quit. Played some other games. Came back. Started level 17 in OLD 'clothes' & and OLD weapon. WTH happened to the new stuff I acquired in Level 16? Guess I have to do a screen shot after each level & do a bug report. Shouldn't have to go through all that.
Had NO idea about the use of ARROW keys until I read the comments. Made all the difference on two particular levels in getting all 3 flowers. I usually read the comments when starting a new game but this one seemed so simple I didn't. Learned my lesson! Fun, sweet game. 5/5
Also, either fewer rings or more than one slot for them! I have 6 rings plus the ankh! Would be really nice to be able to use more than one. Or else more inventory.
I highly recommend that you save & exit after each level. Then hit Continue to go on. I accidentally hit something wrong & it started me over at level one, when I had just completed 5. So I quit out of level one & THEN hit continue & it started me at 6, because I had saved after 5. Did that make any sense at all? lol Just trying to help.
