I really enjoy playing this, but I think needs a better filtering system for the cards or an easier way to compare them. For example filtering by if they have effects or if they only produce coins. I really like the cards have limitations (i.e. has more coins with certain cards, only affects the card above it etc.) and would love to see more come out! It would be great if you could sell cards you didn't want or maybe use them to upgrade other things. Definitely needs more ways to spend money rather than on buying cards though.
The artwork and characters are great, so is the actual plot which is intriguing, but the actual gameplay mechanics are too confusing. Too many things are basically up to try and error, rather than being able to make logical guesses to the solution (either that or I'm too stupid to see the hints). The lightbulb function is useful - if only there wasn't so many bulbs on the screen at one time. Maybe something like removing the lightbulbs when I've exhausted interactions with that object, or just only showing lightbulbs for things I will actually need to use.
Perfect game, it has a good balance between idle/clicker and the graphics are pleasing to look at. The day by day goal thing gives a sense of purpose as well. One thing that would be great would be more opportunities to earn the purple shard thingies
i really love this game. Simple, straight to the point idle games. Would love it it would still progress even when I'm not on this screen, though - at the later stage of the game when all you are doing is waiting, I want to be able to do other stuff on my computer at the same time, not just stare at it for hours.
It's honestly so cool that you continue to make free content for us even though you're going to make a paid version :) So many good games just stop half-way to get us to buy the paid version, but a lot of people can't afford to spend money on games (if we could, we wouldn't be on kongregate) so it's really awesome that you're doing this for us :)
In the end, I decided to promote the "big" game with this free episodes because it was the best option both for me and the players. I'm very glad you agree! And don't worry, more episodes are on their way :D
I feel like it's too easy to get a captain, and the captain doesn't offer enough to actually warrant a reset - there's not much point in getting the other upgrades, when the further in the game the significance of a captain diminishes, then why not just get the captains when they're available and keep resetting? At least, these are my thoughts on my third captain
I feel like it takes super long to start the game because of the whole master-egg situation, especially when my senior baxter's are levelling up every minute and I have to wait ages for my master-egg to even get anywhere. Perhaps better level-ups for the master-eggs would really help get the whole game going in the first place, at least not to the extent that I feel like I'm wasting my other parasites as I wait to get 2000 white parasites to get the new parasite.
Absolutely beautiful - it wasn't so hard that it took away from the element of the story, and boy was the story beautiful - I especially love how you NEEDED to know the story in order to progress in the game. I'm trying my hardest not to spoil anything, but it's been a long time since I've felt so much for a game that I spent less than half an hour on. Can't wait for Chapter 2!!
An expected arrival time would be nice, especially in the early stages when you're still debating whether to go back to Earth and upgrade or push on, before realizing it'll take an hour to reach the next planet
Thanks for playing, and thanks for the feedback! We're taking all of the comments we get here into consideration for Episode 2!
