Fun little game, I would suggest being able to set a waypoint for your units to gather at so you can concentrate on other things than constantly clicking them out of the way of the exit. I would also suggest the menu tower just be the weapons towers. I thought the basic tower had some form of attack, as it is a TOWER, and so had no defenses whatsoever. Also, as xpanterx said, not being able to have anything actually near your city once a baddie gets through is highly frustrating.
Go through the turtle level upgrading your XP, Speed, Agility, and Reinforcements. Once turtle is defeated the first time, go back through to the first level and repeat them with the various XP multipliers until all four of the above items are maxxed out. The rest of the game will definitely be easier!
Save up and max out your army slots, gets a LOT easier when you do! Fun game! Not seeing anything I would really change. Not getting the upgrade store unless you win doesn't really bother me.
What would be a great addition is one simple unit command; "Defend". Once a unit was placed in an area, it would advance to kill an enemy, then immediately retreat back to its original position. The lack of this makes certain levels a micromanaging nightmare and definitely detracts from the enjoyment of the game.
Would be nice to be able to choose individual units like in 3, or at least be able to command units not yet deployed. When I have a bunch of units assaulting the castle, but I want to build up back at mine, there's no way to say "Okay, only new units stand here." At least, not that I've been able to find. I also was not expecting to have to grind gold before level 4. That's a bit soon, don't you think?
Great game! The story is engaging (although the Princess and I are going to have words about throwing books at my head), and the RP elements are a lot more than I've come to expect from a flash game! The puzzles are great fun! The only recommendation I would make is perhaps an exp cap for matching blocks and removing the move limitations. I died more from that simply because the blocks were not going my way than from monsters! Oh, one more recommendation, make Knightfall 3!
Absolutely gorgeous graphics, and fascinating tale. Leaving "Paradiso" for something that seems better, the obvious hypocrisy of the Cathedral, all the while our hero not becoming jaded or falling into the sinful trap that was Loondon. His sacrifice for the sake of one person is touching and moving. 1. WANT MOAR! ;) and 2. Don't you dare stop creating games like this. I'm off to see what else you have.
Fun little game, but there seems to be a layering issue. I'll click the shape on top and it will actually click one beneath it. Other than that, much fun!
Would be nice if the save actually worked, I've lost upgrades multiple times because of this feature. Additionally, the tacks and glue are not reliable once the waves really start pouring in. By the time they go down, it's generally too late due to lag. And they want me to pay money?
Excellent, excellent game. Too short!!! But I always think games I like are too short. Educational, fun, cute movies, good strategy. What more can you ask for in a game? The only issue that I had was my recycled AA stopped being added to my AA total in Level 7, which made things rather sticky. No worries though! My plucky lysosomes and slicers pulled us through!
aiw1 As soon as increasing gem firing rate and minimum damage become available, I reset my skills and max those. You will not believe what a difference it makes. Tower and trap cost can wait.
Excellent game, actually finished it on Armor then saw they had achievements for it here! It's a fun, dynamic tower defense. I think my fave strategy is orange gem traps. Excellent mana income.
