Caribbean Admiral	Oct. 06, 2015 Rating: 6 best way to get war points for upgrades is to attack high level groups of ships, due to you getting to hit them first you can use the 1.5x and 3x attacks to sink them fast and take no damage so that you dont need to go to port so often also you can only board ships when you have ships of 35 AP or higher
