Maybe, instead of having letters fall onto the table, you could start with several already on the table? I found myself waiting for more letters to fall so I could make longer words worth more points.
I'd like to see more of what's coming up as the level scrolls. It's a little tense when I see a sign telling me to jump into the gaping abyss before me...
Jumping on enemies seems a little hit or miss. First two, no problem, but the third seemed unkillable over three lives. The loader was a little shakey, but hitting enter brought up the game.
The slot machine should take a uniform amount of time to display a result. Also, it seems the results sometimes change while the game is picking remaining pictures.
I would like to be able to share my doodles with the world! (Mostly to gloat about how great I've become at making beautiful works of art with MSPaint)
If there were a way to quickly see the market value of an item, it would make the buying/selling much more intuitive. I think you're doing a great job capitalizing on the Recettear idea, but need to incorporate some of the aspects of said game to really make yours shine.
My adventurers somehow "reset." The high level heroes I DID have are now level zero. Is this from the addition of new dungeon levels? Is this supposed to happen? I understand about being too low level to get to the the next floor, but when you have 6 level zero heroes, there isn't enough XP for each of them to level up, which leads to spending pointless days in the dungeon, where there isn't any "profit."
Thanks careypagem. Which kind of enemy was this?
