hey i need some help so whenever i try to start up the game it goes to a black screen with a loading symbol then goes to a blank white screen (Note i have adobe flash player) what can i do to stop this

the campaign and play button doesn't work for the first 400 clicks and things fail to load.However the game itself is good.
