Alrighty. This is ridiculous. In the final dungeon, when you're inside the nightmare for the fourth person in the pub, in the room before the one where he is imprisoned (in the cage dangling from the ceiling), there is a locked door. IF YOU UNLOCK THAT DOOR, YOU CANNOT WIN. There are no more small keys, and the next area cannot be be unlocked without a small key to get that guy out of his cage. And if you happen to have Autosave on, you cannot undo the unlock and the only option is to play the whole game over again. I don't have the patience for that.
Hokay. FYI-- when your game is this close to primordial ooze, a bloody monkey could tell you how to improve it. Heck, -you- can probably tell how to make it better. You don't need us. So why upload this torture?
I gave it 3/5 for the concept, because it's a fun idea. But what it really needs is a button you can push to make the next row come instantly, or gradually-increasing speed, or something similar. You know, like in Tetris. I can't count the number of combos I lost because there were no enemies left. As it is now, if you can clear the first screen you will never lose or be challenged again.
Good concept, decent graphics, a bit too short/easy. The boss battles also drag-- their shot patterns are easy to dodge, but you have to do it again...and again... and again... I would make them more complicated but easier to kill. Still, it really is a fun idea!
Shut it
