In response to dirktheone's question, you get fame by graduating students. Basically, the higher level a student is when they graduate, the most fame you get. You do quests to get LP for students, who get higher levels. Then you graduate them and get fame. You can also get fame for participating in tournaments, which are available the second week of every 2 months (2nd month, 4th month, 6th month etc.) however these aren't really advised if you have very low leveled students.
