Oh wow. I was going to go bankrupt unless I could gather $2-3million in 2 days, raise an army, and quickly take over a continent to bring up population. But I was in the red. It was impossible.
I come across $4million in a vault as a random event. :D!
Oh.. Damnit. Do NOT upgrade the number of workers you can have until you have lots and lots of money AND population.
I just did the final upgrade, and my expenses shot up far higher than what I can bring in. So I am about to go bankrupt.
Oops. Bad plan, me.
1. Messed it up? Come back later. I find that even doing a single song once a day meant that each time I came back to it, my fingers magically learned riffs that I wasn't consciously aware of. Sleeping on it helps.
2. Lag? It's your computer or internet connection. Close any other tabs or programmes. A small amount of lag shouldn't be a problem once you have semi-learnt the song, as you should be using the arrows for indications (so you don't need to know it off by heart), but the timing should be based on the music. Yes, it might throw you off (especially major lag), but it does not make the game unplayable. Remember to also turn the quality down, and extra graphics off.
3. Don't freak out. When nearing the end of my first song I perfected on Pro (Goukisan Battle Song Loop) I thought I wasn't going to make it. I was concentrating so hard that my vision started to go. If the song had been any longer, I would have ended up unable to see the notes! Don't let this happen, it's silly.
Level 29 was my favourite. I won it with 5 arrows, 4 rocks, and 3 cannonballs left. Yeah, you know what that means. Not a single shot was fired. I'm that good.
In seriousness though, I liked this game. I give it a 4.
Wow. I managed. Launcher and band close to but not fully upgraded. 3 rockets and 2 gold launchers (that happened to be right at the peak of the launches) later I juuuust scraped across the line into space on Day 5.
I had a really lucky Day 2 and 3 in getting money - but got very little on Day 1. I was just sick of restarting.
