Love the game - except for the chosen, they pretty much ruined it for me. There needs to be a way to 'kill them off' with perhaps a hit to your happiness.
Couple of things needed to reduce micromanagement imo: some sort of hotkey (ie. space) to close the current window. A hotkey to turn in all cards and close the window. You should look into snapping/docking windows to the side of the stage, having to drag windows that appear off screen is super annoying. Otherwise, very fun and strategic game - always loved risk. If you are going to make a warlight 2 (or expansion pack), a way to fortify your position without giving it away (atleast for a turn or two) would be great imo.
Needs hot keys imo to train/get next mission/esc/enter, but then you wouldn't have a mouse only game :) Also when using the black market, being able to add multiple transactions would be great. Agree with others, sequel needs to be longer, maybe have different 'kingdoms', so after you defeat one king you move onto the next kingdom.
Experience based off damage is a flawed design because dps towers reach max level faster than support towers. Example: Two temple towers, same map, same spot, same setup for rest of towers (temple tower always gets first hit and attacks the longest); Evil Eye takes 39 rounds to hit max level. AoE tower takes 23 rounds to hit max level.
Support towers should gain a percentage of the damage done by other towers (ie. for evil eye, 30% of the damage done by towers while the target is under effect goes to evil eye).
Thanks for your suggestions! Noted :)
