For this game to be used as a learning aid, punctuation options would be a useful thing. I'm guessing this game is aimed at 6-7 year old kids max? One of the key learning objectives (at least in England) at that age is using punctuation correctly. Overall it's a lovely lay out and the pictures are cute.
Couple of things that could maybe do with work: the screen where you are selecting your initial setup could do with being a bit more obvious (for thick people like me, to whom it doesn't occur to try clicking "no") also maybe some form of winning screen?
