Most bugy game I have ever played on any popular game site. Ever. Even all the horrible stuff on NG at least works. Try and spend at least 10 minutes debugging your code. 3/5. 4/5 once glitches are fixed.
Not very beginner friendly. No where that I saw was any thing explained other than click on your soldiers and then where you want them to go. No air strikes, TP, unit types, crates etc. explained at all. Read the guide listed in the description, it makes it a lot better.
