I'm 99% sure the 'super duper job' is just not working. My lowest grade is 101 and all the others 102 and 103. still after trying for a long long time i can't find the job. Even though the developer says it works fine i'm 99% sure there is something wrong and if not please let the job appear more often it's not fun to have to try for years to finally find the job.

when you buy from the church the buy multiplier will fail. if you buy 1, 10 or 100 all will give you 0.5% increase. so now you need to spam 1 times each because otherwise you will have upgrade level 100 and it will be expensive while only getting 0.5% increase.
