Every mob/chest has a set number of boss/elite/normal/junk items which it will drop. The items themselves are created randomly along their level guidelines.
Well nothing has happened on my end, i payd money, and it dced like twice, and i was playing this game for ever. But thats your luck, not mine. and im pretty sure the 1/5 wont effect the rating at all.
