one, i suppose, flaw about the game is that you can basically never lose, but can't win sometimes either. I only ran into this problem once when I went into the goblin madness level unprepared but yeah.

Save up to 400 mana while staying close. Then meteor the black imps and red stuff while assaulting, then use shield and keep your invincibility push alive. When you are at your last invincibility, retreat with 8 seconds or so left. Rinse and repeat.
You really can't rely on titans at all.
Easy cash is challenge 2. Once you get your army going, just go afk. Quick 50k to 70k in around a minute.
Most of the battles are so easy. Just go with val, kara, and either cass or popo (cass runs away fast which is nice). You usually don't need titans at all, you can usually win before your titan can kill anything.
My fav units: the phantoms, valks, weretigers, succubi, phantoms, mighty guardians, pixies. Good mix of number of units, killing ability, and HP. With a load of pixies you basically can't die except against special bosses. Usually you can just use the shield ability to win anyway though.
The badge is really easy, esp if you use nightmare+mazey, since on mazey they only spawn on 1 chokepoint and 1 rocket can kill 4 rows of zombies. So you can just sit there and shoot rockets till they are dead.
