All the games you play are exactly the same. Take either red/blue (they move first on their side) then ally with the person under you. Then choke them out of space and force them to attack your opponents while you build up forces. After betraying them and taking their city, the rest should be easy. AIs don't ally wit each other,
For the elevator problem, don't build them at all. Just have all your amenities on the first 10 floors, make rooms up above with a staff elevator so maids can clean. It doesn't matter if the guests can't reach their rooms, because they won't care.
I could only beat the boss with a 13x combo that reduced his health from 600~200 in one hit. Seriously, and I just won, with about a hundred health to spare. I didn't have full upgrades, but seriously, too much luck.
