if you have added maps, you can join every server: you couldn't join servers before cuz you hadn't got maps: here you are !!!! just add maps and let's go: have fun :) : to add maps:
just go in singleplayer: and click on "add map" , then put this link: http://usep-portable.servecounterstrike.com/server/maps/ and it should be working :)
