i dunno. i just stood on top of the sick girl so that the enemies would sometimes hit me rather than her. and when those things which spit black goo appear, use earthwave on them to make them die quickly. when enemies get too close, use either healbomb or power burst or both. oh, also remember that the girl with the sword has tons of HP so if she is attacking one monster, try killing the other monsters before helping her. hope that helps.
