If any one is having problems with the last badge try starting a small city on easy an beat it. Train five people to max levels then start a new city with them. you will be at an advantage having people who are maxed out. Now with your new city, save frequently so if something happens you can reverse it. Also keep the save of your previous city just in case.
I believe this is one of the better games i have played in a long time. Its quite obvious that the creator put as much time and effort into development as any other mainstream commercial title. The environment wile playing is stellar as well as movement of your character, but what i like the most about this game is that it draws the player into the world quite quickly giving it a more realistic feel to the game as well as the aspect of the game being able to teach a player without annoying popups. Its hard for me to come up with any criticism for this game but if i had to i would have liked to seen a more developed story. other than that 5/5. ps the "?" button was quite usefull.
