This game is unfinished. First of all these ducks are anatomically incorrect. Where is the tail, and also i've never seen a duck bill that looks like that. Very disconcerting! Also it would be nice if the games changed even the least little bit as you moved up in levels, just to add some variety. As it stands right now its very tedious to go back and do each of the same trainings at least a dozen times. Also think the name should be changed to Ducklyfe, for the next installment. +2 for concept, -3 for incompleteness and tediousness, 2/5
Wow. 5/5. I don't think i have ever given a 5/5 to any racing game ever either. But the vector graphics are gorgeous, the racing and crashing into other vehicles is really fun, and the power ups are pretty neat too. Because i love them so much i have to say one more time that the graphics are gorgeous, and it's unbelievable the amount of detail and scenery and variety for each track. Looking forward to Neon Race 3!! ^_^
Bug report: if i want to watch cutscenes that have already been shown, my movies list only shows movies up through Chapter III, and the title of all of the Chapter III movies shows as "The Driven and The Hunted"
This game is so awesome. Love it! The musical score is amazing, and either the best or among the best i've ever heard on a flash game. Both the overworld map and music are reminiscent of the best old SNES rpgs, in a really good way! Great artwork, fun gameplay. And a solid story, for a flash game, imagine that!
Personally i think paying $5 for the full version is preferable to pay-for-perks games where you are nickel-and-dimed for the tiniest little benefits and bonuses in the game, which can add up a lot.
If a team is going to put a greater amount of effort into a game, raising the quality and making it so much cooler, the extra time they put in isn't always going to be covered by ad revenue. I very much like that this game is up front about that, lets you see if you like the game, and then asks for an extremely low $5 for the full thing (compare that to $60 big-budget games).
Way to go LevelUpLabs! This game is wonderful and i'm eagerly looking forward to future projects!! :-)
I want to dislike this game for the timers and real money for virtual goods and advertising activities, but the art design is astounding and the game itself is actually pretty fun. And you can progress without paying, the game is just quite a bit more tedious that way. 5/5
Pretty good for a 'pay for perks' game. You can still have fun and get achievements even if you don't buy anything. I loved the artwork too. Only downside I found to this game is that combat is a little boring since it runs on auto-pilot: there is really nothing for you to do during combat than watch. But that can be a plus too if you are looking for a pretty hands-off game. 4/5
