This is well made. i like a deep story in games. i also felt a very 'silent hill' vibe in this game. the notepad bit took a little while to figure out though, great work.
It's better than your first one, but logic is wierd in your games. A blanket that can be used in a bridge?
A guy that will only spot you if you dont have the intention of walking up and shooting him?

i consider myself to be a conniseur of sniper games, this one isnt really on my good list. the sound effects are tacked-on, the animation is simple and there seems to be no effort in the art.
