@krick - thanks! I obviously wasn't paying attention to those. I still would like a main help page but thanks to your advice, I got the card and both achievements.
Needs a main help page that describes all enemies and tells you what is affected by each powerup. I've given up as I lost my entire tail when I had blades on and accidentally ran into some character I had never seen before.
