I checked your account and it seems like it does successfully connects initially, but then it's immediately disconnected from your end. I've seen this rare issue from a few other players as well in the past. It seems like it's some problem with the player's network (usually router or firewall related) blocking the websocket connection for some reason. Changing the network for example to mobile or if they try it at school or work, it tends to work fine. Unfortunately I don't have a solution for how to allow it to connect with your current network. :(
