I was drawn to this by your shout on Greg's page. As an experienced programmer, I can firmly say that this is something that one would make as a project to learn how to develop in flash. Posting it online for others to see would be ludicrous.
Wait, you did just that.
As a game, this is honestly worth maybe a 2 or 3 out of 5, but for having the audacity to bitch about people not liking your beginner's project on Greg's page of all places, I'm giving you a 1 out of 5.
People don't like your amateur-quality game? Deal with it.
I wasn't bitching. I was pointing out the truth. Asking me to deal with shit like that? You must be a hater. If you're a so-called experienced programmer, how come you don't have any games on here? How about you go spill that shit somewhere else? I am showing people my talent and you come here spewing shit all over the place. Hell I think you're a fake. You mad? Deal with it.
@Mister_box Thos 60k people decided the game was too long and boring and quit.
Seriously, if there was not a badge there would be no reason to play this. Developer, I do not like you. 1/5
I'm just saying, this game is incredibly monotonous. Everything about it is unfun. The difficulty only gets higher due to the increasing strain on the mediocre collision engine; you never go any faster? The only way to lose playing this game is to be so ridiculously bored that you miss a jump! And yet it goes on. It's not worth the half hour of running slowly to get the medium badge. Good graphics and whatnot, but bad, bad game. 1/5
I -love- the idea of the game, but the execution doesn't seem that great to me. I mean, the story is entertaining and the narration well done, but something about it seems kind of... non-game. More like a visual novel. Not saying it's bad as a visual novel, just that it's not good as a game.
1/5. Really, I had to F5 at least 12 times playing this game, losing all my progress each time, in which I got all but 3 trophies EACH TIME. Nub game maker is nub, but I expected better of greg.
Yeah, just like evony. Problem is, evony sucks, this is buggier and bigger of a money-grab. I was going to review this for my website, but now I ain't doin' shit. What a ripoff it would be to even play this game for 5 minutes of one's time.
What an awful game! The entire premise seems to be "RAAAWR LOLOLOLOLOL", the actual gameplay sucks huge donkey balls, recycling craploads of concepts already used in games, flash and not. The boss level's theme was stolen from that Crab battle game anyway. 0/5.
Thanks for the 15 points though, easiest ones I've ever gotten. :)
Crappy, buggy, square version of tangerine panic. I died and clicked restart, and the square kept being on top of my character. After about 20 clicks I could move out of it. This game isn't worth the bandwidth to host it; not even the space on one's hard drive from downloading it. 1/5.
On a second retrospection, this game really is shitty. There's no way to successfully attack an island after a few turns. Stupid. Also, the very premise of the game "Build Cities And Rule The World" is ridiculously stupid alone. 0/5
5 dollars to buy THIS shitty half of a game? No thanks. Nice game, but not worth a cent of money. 5/5, one star for each dollar you want us to spend on your shitty game. Not really. 1/5
Looks like a knock-off of the idea of Grid16, only shittier. That music is horrible, the bland color scheme leads to a display that never excites oneself, and the fact that the concept itself is stupid. Grid16 was better AND has badges. 1/5.
An excellent game. 5/5. Graphics are good for what they are, and the systemic design is nice. Made me re-introduce myself to the world of pneumatics, heh.
Sound was meh. Music was nice, a bit repetitive but nice. Sounds American.
Overall, an excellent game. And I too find myself making new designs >_>
A game with simplistic, crappy level design that gets by only using the gimmick that is its namesake. Seems more like a proof-of-concept game above anything, and a bad one at that. Gave me a laugh though. 1.5/5, round to 2/5
'This game is a flashy clone of Nano Wars.
It plays pretty much the same, only with a few generic-y gimmick "changes'.
Still, very nicely presented. The desktop setting is nice, as is the sequencer.
3.5/5 which rounds to 3/5.
5/5 I don't understand why people are just saying "l0l 1/5 cuz it r crap" without giving any constructive criticism. In fact, I don't even understand why people give it 1/5. It's a great game.
