Boring game. Liked the other Upgrade Completes. This one? Just buy Lightning Rods, Coin Magnets, and 1 Speed Boost to get Hearts after higher levels. Then don't move and win the game.
This game is really bad because there is a room dedicated to it. People just type what is needed for the game. It really would only work as a game if everyone were required to enter OTHER rooms and get people to say stuff.
Gotta agree that surviving 3 mins was not that hard once you are upgraded since you get 3 extra lives and invincibility over oceans. I would suggest though getting some of the achieves before upgrades like flying solo.
Only problem with the game is there are certain areas you can actually get stuck and have to restart level because there is no coding to force a slide through if you are too fat.
Responding to a response on my earlier comment on promotion healing. What the developer is saying is promoting can be nullified by orders so it's still a choice. But if I spend my turn hurting a card, they promote to heal, i spend my next turn nullifying it....haven't we just spent a bunch of turn achieving the same nothing? And now the promoted is a large wall and comes out stronger next pull so I in essence lost ground again proving that hurting a card is useless.
Hey cmelroy! we can agree that damaging Tier 1 and Tier 2 cards that can be promoted is always tricky due to the opponent can heal them with just promoting. Promoting cards in game is a feature that other Card Games rarely have, and we think that healing the card gives the promotion an "extra bonus" so players have the option to promote rather to play new cards, giving new strategies. ISIDROT gave you some ideas that players use to handle that, such as damage enemy units that you want so you force the enemy to promote them or lose them.
Units should NOT fully heal on promotion. There is absolutely no strategy to try to hurt a unit otherwise. It's kill or do nothing because they will just heal it all.
I think we disagree here, forcing the opponent to spend points on promoting a unit and therefore creating openings in his defense can create a lot of strategic plays, sometimes promoting helps and sometimes is not worth depending on your deck configuration and playstyle. Also bear in mind that a Rank 3 card can be completly nullified with Orders that reduce stats as they will not be able to promote further, so Promoting is a key part in the game but you have to use it wisely and on point!
Loved the first 2, did not like this one....at all. Too much "cute" factor instead of puzzles. Even one level broke the rules and allowed you to attach to a tree but NOT the other wood like normal rules. Crushed it for me.
Cool game. Alot of fun! One helpful tip to the dev. NEVER EVER put in your update comments anything that insults your players and tells them they're not playing the game right because it's not the way YOU want to play it.
The DPS needed for each monster is progressively good until level 30 where all of a sudden to kill the boss you need almost triple the amount suddenly.
the upgrade prices probably need a rework, after a certain point the cheapest thing to upgrade is the oil, and the most expensive is newspapers (not counting lemonade stands, they seem to hit correct)
The front guns were nice but would have been MUCH nicer if they were REAR mounted. Very rarely do shooters move towards the enemy and because of the slow turn around rate, by the time you get turned around you are touching the enemy making the guns useless.
