catchy, the presentation is a bit chaotic, but anyway 3 or 4/5. BUT, seriously, check your releases with the debug player: ArgumentError: Error #2068: Invalid Sound. at flash.media::Sound/play() at parkanoidMain/update() Because of that just 3/5.

i forgot he PAUSE screen - dude, seriously ... pause the game when you overlay it with a screen that pretty much looks like a pause screen ;)
bad balancing, laggy input command feedback, hit detection needs to get improved ... anyway - classic concept and the result could have been worse
