I got the Dark Sword of 10,000 Cuts,it seems really OP because I only got it in the third level/stage from a Zombie Boss and it gives so many stats.

I think you should be able to view the loot of a raid boss before you summon it so you can try to get what you're looking for,instead of summoning a bunch of different ones until you get it.
