Considering you cannot buy cards at "normal" price, the on sale cards are essentially, not on sale. The 25% off is a complete sham, you have 9 options for singular cards to spend coins, dp and cp on, that are at a designated price.
The new shop is terrible.
You can only buy from 9 cards at any given time. You have no choice in that cards, such that if you need a particular effect to finish a story line, you have no option.
Please make the shop as it used to be and add a card search feature.
This "New Shop" is useless and a downgrade in game quality.
