Recent game had one of the enemy characters on 5 health. He was then promptly hit with a sniper rifle shot... and did not die. Nor did he die from the ensuing cluster bombs, darts and rockets. This... riled me a tad.
Pretty decent all-round RPG. Not entirely sure how people can claim it doesn't contain any RPG elements, although maybe they're the sort of people who refuse to stop calling it 'Advanced Dungeons and Dragons'...
Story - great. Art style - great. Controls - good layout, but the responsiveness is just horrible. Half the time the white chap just ploughs straight into the nearest obstacle, no matter how hard I jam my finger on the jump key. The other half of the time, he jumps down pits. Yay me.
I agree. What the hell, Kongregate. Please extract the pay-for-goodies element from all your games here, and then extract your collective head from your collective arse. Bell-ends.
GP... you are damn retarded. It's not a bug; it's an aspect of the game called 'teleportation arrow'. Literally, when one's avatar is hit by said arrow, the avatar is sent to a random area of the screen

Derickson, the point is that it is based on Portal - it says so in the blurb for the game.
Said game is, of course, excellent. 5B is difficult, but not impossible.
