i would prefer that most attacks have a 100% hit chance, and certain special attacks (like power toss, for example) should have a lower hit rate, like slingshot. once the possibility of missing comes into a game, it becomes dominated by the rng. certainly one needs to make decisions, but really, no matter how good ones decisions are, victory is entirely dependent upon the rng smiling on you.
im not buying your cards. its a stupid business model. increase the drop rate to make it worthwhile to play the game, thus helping to ensure greater ad revenue
FIX THE PHYLACTERY. i just had it work for me 5 times in one fight. it wasnt even fun.
it should work ONCE PER BATTLE. 30% is plenty high enough for an extra life - it basically gives vv 1-2 free attacks against most opponents.
