For anyone who's wondering, in the room you get the FIRST blue gem, look yo the top right after the room lights up. There's a tiny hole in the top right. Pass through the thin barrier, Then jump up to the block that's a little to the right side. From there, to the top right hole. Inside is another gem that furthers your focusing radius. Thumbs up so everyone can see!
The key is to keep visibility as low as possible while keeping it quite infectious. Then, once it hit a lot of countries, increase it's infection rate as high as possible with effects such as Insanity.

Once I moved my mouse over the DEX in my stat menu and saw that 100 DEX = 6 hits per second, the only things I added points to upon leveling were DEX, DEX, and more DEX!
Here's an idea to help you get bananas on the way down: Just move your mouse back and forth, left and right really fast. It helps me quite a bit, and I get about 50 extra bananas!
I've got a few awkward questions.

You have a blue shirt on, but the lack of legs makes pants irrelevant. And yes, you have very strange eyes. Girls tell you they're lovely all the time, though.
In my opinion (Spoiler Alert, don't read if you haven't beaten the game entirely!), I think the final, FINAL ending should have had a split where you could choose to play another level and stop Chris, or the part there is now and let her use the TEMPEST.
