awesomsauce, the only real problem i have with it is that i wish that every prefecture had it's own "unique" power. aside from that it's nearly perfect
about the infinite attack bug, all you have to do is go to menu and then continue your game as soon as you notice it. that means you loose some progress, but i think it's better than loosing a base
all in all, interesting game, but a little over done. Time for some criticism sandwiches
1. Good. Looks alot like geometry wars.
Bad. "hit escape to upgrade"? gah. no. i can't hit the button without dying.
Good. Looks just like geometry wars
2.
Good. looks just like geometry wars
Bad. enemies spawning right inf front of you, causing you to hit them or shoot them making them explode? gah. no
Good. looks just like geometry wars
3 Bad. upgrade tree is horrible
4 Bad. looks just like geometry wars.
oops, i think i screwed up the sandwiches, ah well
i don't like the dimension switching idea, adds a level of confusion to a game that's already somewhat hectic. and i wish the powerup pixels came a little more often, but that might just be because i'm lazy
LOL LOL YOU TALK ENGLISH GOOD LOL LOL
geh... sorry... just had to say that, the dialog is frustrating. and the game is pretty easy. it's not the worst sniping game i've played, but .... why even put in a story if it's pointless? and why put in three rooms when you can take your freaking newspaper into your office?
gameplay, ok.
story, crap.
idea, overused.
graphics, pretty shiny actually.
player interaction, zip.
2/5
kill the bottom two guys first, the one on the left, then the one on the right before he runs, then get the guy slowly walking away, then hit the guy hiding behind the tree. easy peasy lemon squeesie
cheap trick: if you're using the turret thing, wack it 4 times once you set it out, once it starts beeping (getting close to running out of ammo) wack it again, it'll explode and stun you for a half a second or so, but it'll recharge much faster.
very very fun game, simple yet challenging, easy to jump into and out of. my only two complaints (thus far) are this.
sometimes glooples can sneak into that little area between your man and your sword, rarely deadly, but often frustrating. maybe that's intended but... honestly, who would weild a sword like that?
secondly, but foremost in my mind, is then I'm rushing to the edge, usually only for a big possible combo (or what have you) i tend to click outside of the area of play and die and/or lose the combo i was going after. maybe just add a little extra breathing room for the mouse around the 'field'. or add in WASD controll options.
