if almost everyone's dead in a country, why are their airports and shipyards still open? not a problem... just kinda silly.

well, i gues it fixed itself. best thing to do on this game is to mute kongregate chat too, else it lags too much. furthermore, the 'nades and LocketRonchers (:3) are crap. don't use em, not only do they do equal if not less damage than your fully upgraded ... normal gun, they're knockback ability is only useful if you're being chased.
i give it a 3.5/5, not amazing, but definaly above par.
ok, this game is fun to be sure, but i want to put up some constructive criticism. it seems to me that, to aim correctly, you have to aim a little lower than your target, not a huge problem but it makes shooting into the bottom right corner dam near impossible. i've been killed twice by dogs rushing into the corner (which is shaded for some reason) so i simply can't get them.
furthermore, the ending was a little anti climactic, maybe there should have been one last fight with like... 10 other survivors against a nearly impossible horde of zombies? dunno, just musing.
but aside from those two things, great game!
i've been playing for a while now, can you get past havein a small shot up front, a large shot in back, and a shield around you? if so then dayum man you have to play FOREVER to get any higher. i've beaten three of the 'biggest baddest' dudes here and still haven't gotten any further. nice game, btw.

but, about the game, the only bug i've hit so far is that if you try to rush through the dialog with the fake hero dude (who's name i don't know) it lists his name as ERROR and no picture or dialog, then after the battle everyone on the fake party thing freezes, but i've only played for like... an hour or so and aside from that great game
hmm... i beat fulp, and it didn't register it. aside from that, the game was great, good for more than one play through as well, and i haven't played the true castle crashers so i don't know if this was already in the game but i though the final level of the pink knight was great *FAB!*
well i appreciate the allusion to the Mario video like this, but not original enough, and the controls suck so much more than mario's game's that it's just not fun. sorry. 2/5
