One of the worst UIs I've seen in a while. It would really have helped to have some indication of what the meters at the top were when you first start out.
Decent game. Memory leak issues make it really laggy sometimes. Camping with mage and a heal-bot makes it really easy, even the last level. There's no incentive to keep grinding to get to level 18 to get the high level equipment when it seems like everyone can beat this by level 9.
Do the icons for the items on the ground mean anything? Some of them shine. Also does equipment color signify strength? It would be helpful to explain these things in the game.
It's annoying how sometimes the dialog boxes pop up out of view of the screen. Also, on the Europe map it's hard to click on some of the countries at the very top right because of the sound buttons in the way. Other than some cosmetic/UI issues it's a great game.
It would also be useful to have way to identify which unit is selected. I have trouble knowing which unit I'm using when they're next to each other. Also, the system is just so slow. It seems like a really good game but I'm having a hard time getting past how long it takes waiting for all the enemies to move and perform actions.
Way too repetitive. Was it just me or was the whole money thing completely useless? I had close to 10 million by the time I finished island 5.
I played the warrior and pretty much only used the Blood Lust skill. I just focused on getting a weapon with high attack (attack speed doesn't matter since you're not going to be using the normal attack at all). Life steal and attack boosting items were the ones to look for and then most things die with one or two hits.
You should tweak Killing Moon. As it stands right now it's easy to get into a loop where it slows down computers really badly. You should probably make it so it only summons one skeleton one time for each unit killed, not continually summoning of skeletons even for summoned skeletons killed.
Controls are terrible. Why didn't they just have keyboard controls? It sucks when you're dragging a line and you accidentally drag it to a wrong place and now you have to restart the entire building.
It'd be nice to see an upgrade menu where you can easily upgrade all people or something like that. It was really annoying to have to click on each individual person to upgrade. That's about when I lost interest since it would take too much time to do.
My strategy for the later boss levels is to have one or two on each enemy and then the rest taking as much territory as i can. Then just click as much as you can to keep everything alive. For level 14 my method was to find a way to get over to the flying/agility tile and make a bunch there and then fly them over to the piercing tile and then just duke it out. The important thing is to always have a group taking territory since the AI isn't smart enough to break off a force to battle you if you just have one or two separate forces taking over spaces. Eventually you'll get enough to turn the tide.
Yeah physics or something messed up since I could have the exact same bridge for two test runs and have it work the first time but the second time it will break.
