Yes, I did a search and it seems this issue seems to be impacting a lot of other players and games on Kong as well. The only suggestion that I could pick up from those forums was to empty your cache and try reloading it again. I’d also add that if you can test it from Firefox / IE that might help in isolating whether it is a browser specific issue or a server related issue.

The Chrome error is due to not allowing Cookies to be set. The game uses local storage to store some settings. Not allowing cookies / local data does not allow it to proceed past the loading screen. Here are the detailed steps to resolve the issue:

Option 1: allow cookies
Click on the Chrome menu on the top-right > Go to Settings > Click on the “Show advanced settings…” at the bottom of the page > Under Privacy, click on the “Content Settings” button > Make sure that “Cookies” is set to “Allow local data to be set (recommended).”

Option 2: set exceptions for Kong
Or if you don’t wish to change your cookies settings, you can set an exception for Kongregate by going to “Manage Exceptions” and add the below under Hostname pattern:

[.]konggames.com
and make sure Behavior is set to Allow. Click on Done.
