Re-evaluating the game, after losing yet again in mid-air of a massive combo (nearing 60) while enough XP to win the badge. 1/5, getting my badges and never playing this pile again. BAD GAME DESIGN to punish players for doing the POINT of the game! (big combos)
Fun, but needs a bit of work on accuracy for the sequel. I shot the guys in the head about 12 times in a row on Level 7, they just stood there. Boo. Still, fun little game, I'd like to see more of this with more clever puzzles like Level 6!
...and for god's sake, have the anomalies goes where you click, not wherever the hell they feel like going. Repetitive play is bad enough when you're solving a puzzle, but repetition due to poor input resolution is bad game design.
This game would be 5/5, but the ridiculous sun silliness immediately ruins the fun, giving only the 'challenge' of "Do I hit it into the sun now or later?" 3/5 is generous.
Big hint... if you can keep them at bay early on, spend all your day time hours researching weapons until you get the Chainsaw. You can aim for their heads and get Headshots that way, too. The hunting rifle is nice, of course, but Chainsaw doesn't miss at close range.. ;)
WHOA! MAJOR bug found! Pizzas are staying on the Cutting station after the orders are complete!! Which means the next pizza is stuck behind it, and all you can do is 'Complete Order' with the wrong pizza. Please fix! Game is 0/5 until its fixed. :(
Fine points that would make this better - hotkey the stations (1 - 4 works just fine) and the blue buttons, my left hand is bored with this game. ;) Double-clicking a ticket should bump it to the active ticket status. Also, having a 'bell' on the door (just a simple and quiet 'ding') would be both realistic and a nice way to keep from having to run back and forth to check all the time, heh. Otherwise, game is great, 4.5/5!
Control is THE most important part of any game, otherwise you have an interactive story. The unresponsive AI in this game means when you give directions to your robots, it is optional that they follow it. Would that work in Mario - maybe he jumps, maybe he doesn't? Sorry, but without accuracy of control, all the pretty graphics, cool sounds, and neat effects just don't matter. 1/5
WAAAAY too graphic intensive. I just upgraded my computer a bit and it still can't keep up with this. Cute graphics mean nothing if it makes the game unplayable. Offer a low-res version, or don't pin a badge to games like this, Kongregate!!
It's amusing as hell, I like the concept, but its so very mouse driven that if you have a bad mouse (like me) you can't play it well. Also, double-clicking a ticket to pull it up would be SO helpful! Overall, cute 'Diner Dash' style game, really enjoying it!
Tried it again - turrets that don't shoot?! Upgrades that are ineffective?! BOOOOO to Kongregate for pinning a badge to this bad game, next time test the game before attaching a prize to it. >:(
I don't mind if they put bad games on here, but for GAWD's SAKE don't make badges reliant on them. Poor firing rate means you can't keep up, upgrades do little, turrets can't hit anything... pass on this game, guys, don't waste your time.
Has targetting issues... I 'missed' a bug that was dead in the crosshairs, then hit one where I fired over his head. Amusing diversion, not much more...
Game takes forever to play, and the seemingly endless battles take away from the point. Speed it up and tone back the battle frequency, maybe I'll try it again. Great look and good features, though!
Sorry, its very pretty looking, but the bombs didn't work at all, it won't run on my primary computer, and its virtually impossible to shift 5 tiles when there's 4 restrictions. Too much work, not enough fun - good potential, though!
