Easter Eggs
1. First Mission: Shoot the can on the left by the trashcan
2. Second Mission: Shoot the object that looks like a bird on the fence to the right of the house.
3. Third Mission: Shoot the middle bulb of the set of stop lights that is closest to you.
4. Fourth Mission: Shoot the street sign that points towards the coffee shop
5. I don't think there are easter eggs on the knife missions.
6. Sixth Mission: Shoot the doorbell.
7. Seventh Mission: Shoot the 8th support holding up the rails start from the right on the bottom box.
8. Eigth Mission: Shoot the bird on the power lines on the left.
9. Nineth Mission: Shoot the bottle by the trash bags above the person holding the brief case. These are the only ones that I have found.
Although the knife part was not the most enjoyable part of the game, I appreciate the fact that the developer was trying to switch these sniping games up a bit by adding something more.
Although I agree with you guys that the developer should not have removed the upgrades for your weapon as it adds more depth to the game. I am sure the next tactical assasin game will be more enjoyable based on the responses he recieved.

I figured out how to place bulls or cows.
After you find a four letter word you want to use, if there are any letters in the correct places hit the space bar till the word bulls come up, then with your num lock on hit the number of letters the comp guessed correct that are in the correct place.
Then it should automatically go to cows and if there are any additional letters that the comp got right but are in different places then hit that number on the key pad. For some reason it doesn't work on the regular top row of the keyboard. If the comp got none right just hit enter.
Let me know if that makes sense or not.

I don't understand how to assign cows or bulls when challenging the computer, can you explain a little better? I will give you a better score once the intructions are a little clearer. For now 2/5
